Description
The Capital Hospital Group was founded in response to the need to provide hospital services in specialist areas and to develop innovative healthcare delivery models.
The Group consists of three main entities, Capital Haematology Hospital, the Capital Surgical network of Ambulatory Surgical Centres (ASC’s) and Capital Endovascular Pty Ltd. The Capital Surgical network includes Capital Surgical Westridge, Chatsworth, Umhlanga and Isipingo.
Capital Haematology Hospital, is the first hospital of its kind in KwaZulu-Natal and one of only four such facilities in South Africa. It is a specialist facility for the treatment of blood disorders and includes a bone marrow/stem cell transplant unit.
