Given the continued depreciation and volatility of the Rand against hard currencies, we would like to remind you that all our quotes and invoices are valid only on the day of issue.
We therefore urge you to call us prior to booking or making final payment for us to present you / your clients with the latest quote or invoice. Please expect that all current bookings, which have not yet been fully paid, will be re-invoiced at the updated rate of exchange and sent to you in due course.
If final payment is not yet due on your booking and you wish to delay payment until the final due date in anticipation of some recovery, you may elect to do so. However; the risk of further devaluation of the Rand remains until such time that the booking is paid for in full.
